Fleet Vehicle Registration Form

NTSU collects the personal data provided in this form in order to register drivers for the use of fleet vehicles. The information you supply will be stored securely on our servers and will only be accessed by authorised personnel for the purposes of managing vehicle use.

To register as a driver, you are required to give consent for NTSU to check your driver record with the DVLA, and will be asked to supply a check code. This check will allow us to confirm details such as the categories of vehicles you are entitled to drive, and whether you have any penalty points or disqualifications. Without this information, we will be unable to register you as a driver or permit the use of NTSU Fleet vehicles. To generate a check code, visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

In line with our legal responsibilities, we may also be required to share relevant information with NTSU Insurers, the police, or other authorised bodies in connection with accidents, insurance claims, or other legal requirements.
