NTSU Student Group Activity Booking Form 22-23

This form is for use by NTSU student groups to register trips / events and book rooms at NTSU or NTU. Please make sure you have completed a risk assessment before completing this form. You do not need to fill out a separate trip and event form or speaker request form as these are included in this form.

Private vehicle hire is covered in this form but does not require a separate form to be completed. However, if you require use of an NTSU vehicle, you will have to complete a separate Minibus Booking Form.

If the event is off-campus, please submit an attendees list via the Trip Attendees Form.
